Plates, credit designs, title screens, overlays-to-make-your-pitchpaper-look-fancies. Call them what you want, but they help you enormously by making an average title screen look awesome. And if you’re one of the crazies, you can also edit them with Photoshop. Just wow!

Renowned graphic designer Lucas Grassmay did the artwork for PLATES. But we didn’t stop with the designs because we wanted to give you the special ACIDBITE touch. So we destroyed these beautiful handcrafted designs by analog means. 16mm and photo film and a CRT monitor from daddy’s basement that is. And yes, we succeeded!

FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE! FEEL FREE!

With this package you get a fully editable PSD file for each design. You can change and delete elements or play around with them. We even added special 16mm and CRT shots of detail elements. If you are as lazy as we are, you can simply use the PNG file and add text in your editing software.

ANALOG TEXTURES

Simply giving you PSD and PNG files was not enough when our natural urge to play kicked in. We modified and set the designs in motion by exposing them on Kodak Vision 3 50D 16mm material, 135 b/w photo film and capturing them off a CRT monitor.

NO WORK, NO PROBLEM

Since our viewfinder overlays come to you as files based on blend modes, your most difficult task will be deciding which one to use. Drag and drop them in and adjust the blend mode. Boom! You have your vintage camera look.

IPAD VERSION

This pack is also available as an iPad version. You get HD files converted to HEVC MOVs. This drastically reduces the file size for mobile editing. Please note that we only tested this pack in LumaFusion on iPad.
